It supports all ceramic output capacitors and features a 600mV reference voltage with ±0.5% tolerance. The D-CAP3 control mode ensures fast load-step response, and the device includes hiccup overcurrent protection, auto-skipping Eco-Mode™ for high light-load efficiency, and forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM) for tight output ripple and voltage tolerance requirements. Additionally, it has pre-charged startup capability and eight selectable frequency settings from 200kHz to 1MHz.
