TheTSM101AID is a voltage and current controller IC developed by STMicroelectronics. It integrates a high-stability series bandgap voltage reference, two ORed operational amplifiers, and a current source. This IC is designed to compare the DC voltage and current level at the output of a switching power supply to an internal reference, providing feedback through an optocoupler to the PWM controller IC on the primary side. The TSM101AID is available in an 8-pin SOIC package and operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 32V.
