ADR3430ARJZ-R2 Low-Drift Voltage Reference
ADR3430ARJZ-R2 is an ultra-low-power, high-precision 3.0 V voltage reference from Analog Devices that integrates a band-gap core, output buffer and shutdown logic in a 2.0 mm × 1.25 mm SOT-23-5 package, delivering ±0.1 % initial accuracy, 3 ppm/°C max temperature drift and 70 µA quiescent current while sourcing 10 mA and sinking 3 mA. Operating from 3.0 V to 18 V input, it provides 3.0 V output with 10 µVp-p noise (0.1 Hz–10 Hz), line regulation of 15 ppm/V and load regulation of 30 ppm/mA, making it ideal for precision ADCs, DACs and instrumentation amplifiers in battery-powered, industrial and automotive systems where accuracy and low power must coexist .
The proprietary band-gap curvature correction achieves 3 ppm/°C max drift from −40 °C to +125 °C, eliminating temperature-induced errors in 16-bit systems, 10 µVp-p noise (1.6 µVRMS) preserves ADC SNR without external filtering. Dropout is only 200 mV at 10 mA, allowing 3.3 V to 3.0 V regulation with minimal headroom, while 3 µA shutdown current extends battery life in portable data loggers.
