ADP151AUJZ-1.5-R7 High PSRR CMOS Linear Regulator (LDO) 200 mA
ADP151AUJZ-1.5-R7 is an ultra-low-noise, fixed 1.5 V, 200 mA LDO from Analog Devices that integrates a high-PSRR regulator and enable logic in a 1.0 mm × 1.0 mm WLCSP-4 package, delivering 40 µVRMS output noise (10 Hz–100 kHz), 70 dB PSRR at 1 kHz and 1.2 V dropout at 200 mA while drawing only 10 µA ground current. Operating from 2.2 V to 5.5 V input, it provides ±1 % accuracy over −40 °C to +125 °C, features 1 µs soft-start to limit in-rush and is qualified for AEC-Q100 Grade-1 automotive use, making it ideal for RF, image sensor and precision ADC rails in space-constrained wearables, smartphones and ADAS cameras .
