Housed in a compact 32-lead LFCSP (5×5 mm) package, it operates on a single 2.7V to 3.6V supply with a typical power dissipation of 135 mW and a low-power shutdown mode consuming only 15 mW. The device features differential current outputs ranging from 2 mA to 20 mA, an integrated 1.2 V temperature-compensated bandgap reference, and edge-triggered CMOS-compatible digital inputs supporting both two’s complement and straight binary data formats. With a 11 ns settling time, 77 dB SNR at 125 MSPS, and SFDR exceeding 73 dBc at 20 MHz output, it delivers exceptional dynamic performance for direct digital synthesis (DDS) and software-defined radio (SDR) systems.
