TPS1HC30BQPWPRQ1 is Texas Instruments AEC-Q100 Grade 1 single-channel automotive smart high-side switch. It rated for -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature and supporting 3V to 28V wide input battery voltage for 12V vehicle electrical systems, integrating internal NMOS power FET and charge pump circuit to deliver 30mΩ typical on-resistance and maximum 5A continuous output load current.
