TLV74033PDQNR LDO Linear Voltage Regulator
TLV74033PDQNR is a 3.3 V, 300 mA ultra-low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator from Texas Instruments that integrates a high-PSRR regulator, enable logic and thermal protection in a 1.0 mm × 1.0 mm X2SON-4 (DQN) package, delivering 55 dB PSRR at 1 kHz, 60 µVRMS output noise (10 Hz–100 kHz) and 250 mV dropout at 300 mA while drawing only 45 µA quiescent current. Operating from 1.5 V to 5.5 V input with ±2 % accuracy over −40 °C to +125 °C, the device features fast transient response, current limit and thermal shutdown, making it ideal for post-regulating switching noise in RF, sensor and imaging applications where board space is at a premium .
