Texas Instruments SN74AVC2T45 is a 2-bit non-inverting bus transceiver with a dual power rail design that enables logic level switching and bidirectional data transmission between different voltage domains. The SN74AVC2T45 uses two independently configurable power rails with A port designed to track VCCA and accept any supply voltage from 1.2V to 3.6V; The B port is designed to track the VCCB and also accepts supply voltages from 1.2V to 3.6V. This design allows common low voltage bidirectional translation and level conversion between 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V voltage nodes. The device is designed for asynchronous communication between two data buses, and the logic level of the DIR pin activates either the B port output or the A port output, thereby controlling the data flow.
