QS32X245Q2 CMOS Bus Switch / Bus Driver
The QS32X245Q2 is a high-speed CMOS Quickswitch® double-width bus switch designed for bidirectional signal routing with minimal propagation delay and signal degradation. Manufactured by Integrated Device Technology (IDT), now part of Renesas Electronics, this device operates on a standard 5V supply (4.75V to 5.25V) and features an exceptionally low on-resistance of typically 5Ω (maximum 15Ω). Its architecture consists of two independent banks of 8-bit bidirectional switches, each controlled by a dedicated Output Enable (OE) pin. The enhanced N-channel FET technology eliminates inherent diodes to VCC, preventing latch-up issues and enabling seamless bidirectional data flow. With a propagation delay of approximately 250 ps and zero ground bounce characteristics, it facilitates signal integrity in high-frequency environments. The Bus Driver is housed in a compact 40-pin QVSOP package and is rated for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C.
