The CC1310F128RGZR, a high-performance wireless microcontroller from Texas Instruments' SimpleLink™ family, is housed in a compact 48-VQFN surface-mount package, integrating a powerful ARM® Cortex®-M3 processor, a dedicated radio controller, and 128KB of in-system programmable Flash memory to deliver ultra-low-power, long-range wireless connectivity for IoT applications. Operating in the sub-1GHz ISM bands (315, 433, 470, 868, 915, and 920 MHz), this SoC features an integrated RF transceiver with excellent sensitivity of -124 dBm for 50 kbps GFSK and up to +14 dBm output power.
