XC7A100T-1CSG324CArtix-7 FPGA
The XC7A100T-1CSG324C, a high-performance member of the Artix-7 FPGA family from Xilinx, is housed in a 324-ball 0.8mm pitch Chip Scale Package (CSG324), designed to deliver balanced logic density, low power consumption and cost-effectiveness for a wide range of embedded processing and digital signal processing applications. Fabricated on a 28nm high-performance, low-power (HPL) process, this FPGA integrates 101,440 logic cells, 15,850 slices, 4,860 Kbits of fast block RAM and 240 DSP slices with 25x18 multipliers, providing ample resources for implementing complex digital systems while maintaining a typical total power consumption of under 2W for many designs.
Its key features include six clock management tiles (CMTs) each containing a mixed-mode clock manager (MMCM) and a phase-locked loop (PLL) for flexible clock synthesis and distribution, 170 user I/O pins supporting a wide range of single-ended and differential I/O standards up to 1.25 Gbps per lane, and an integrated analog-to-digital converter (XADC) with dual 12-bit 1MSPS ADCs for on-chip monitoring of voltage and temperature. Rated for commercial-grade (C) temperature range of 0°C to 85°C junction temperature, it operates from a 1.0V core voltage with selectable I/O bank voltages from 1.2V to 3.3V, supports configuration via SPI flash, JTAG or slave serial modes, and is widely deployed in software-defined radio, motor control, embedded vision, industrial networking and aerospace/defense systems that demand high performance, low power and rapid development cycles.
