The VN5E160S-E is a single-channel automotive high-side driver built on ST VIPower M0-5 technology, packaged in SO-8, supporting 4.5V to 28V supply voltage, 160mΩ maximum on-resistance and typical 10A current limit, designed to drive grounded resistive, inductive and capacitive loads with built-in multi-protection and digital diagnostic output compatible with 3V and 5V MCU logic, widely adopted in automotive load control systems.
