STM32L451CEU6 is an ultra-low-power ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics that integrates a 170 MHz CPU with DSP and FPU, 512 KB Flash, 160 KB SRAM and a rich peripheral set in a 7 mm × 7 mm 48-pin UFQFPN package, delivering 273 CoreMark/μA while consuming only 100 μA/MHz in Run mode and 17 nA in Shutdown mode with 64 KB SRAM retention. Operating from 1.71 V to 3.6 V and qualified for −40 °C to +85/105 °C industrial and extended temperature ranges, the device features a 12-bit 5 Msps ADC, two 12-bit DACs, USB 2.0 FS, CAN 2.0B, three I²C, three SPI, four USARTs and a flexible 80 MHz SMPS step-down converter, making it a single-chip solution for battery-powered IoT sensors, industrial controls and portable medical devices requiring high computational throughput and multi-year battery life.
