TheNBSG16VSMNR2 is a high-performance differential receiver/driver manufactured by ON SEMICONDUCTOR and designed for high frequency applications. The device combines advanced SiGe (germanium silicon) technology and optimized circuit design to provide outstanding electrical performance and stability. The NBSG16VSMNR2 comes in a QFN-16 package with compact size and efficient heat dissipation. It has an integrated 50Ω input terminal resistor that can accept multiple signal types including NECL (negative ECL), PECL (positive ECL), LVTTL, LVCMOS, CML or LVDS, thus increasing its application flexibility.
