AT24C02D-SSHM-T serial EEPROM
The AT24C02D-SSHM-T, a 2K-bit serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) from Microchip Technology, is housed in a compact 8-pin SOIC surface-mount package, engineered to provide reliable non-volatile data storage for configuration parameters, calibration data and system settings in a wide range of consumer, industrial and automotive electronics.
