Diodes Incorporated PI3B16210A is a high-performance digital BusSwitch integrated circuit from the PI3B family of Bus switches that features advanced 0.35 micron CMOS technology with industry-leading speeds. The device is configured as a 3.3 volt 20-bit 2-port bus switch and is designed with a low on-resistance (5Ω) that allows the input to be connected directly to the output, resulting in no additional propagation delay or ground noise during the switching process. The switching of the PI3B16210A is controlled by the Bus Enable (xOE) input signal, and the device has a 25 ohm series resistor built in to reduce noise caused by reflection, eliminating the need for an external termination resistor. Known for its high speed performance and low on-resistance, this device is suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.
