The AD9695BCPZ-1300 is a high-performance, 14-bit dual-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed by Analog Devices. It features a sampling rate of up to 1300 MSPS and is optimized for high-frequency signal processing. This device includes on-chip buffering and sample-and-hold circuits, ensuring low power consumption and excellent performance.
The AD9695BCPZ-1300 operates within a supply voltage range of 0.95V to 2.5V. It features a -3dB input bandwidth of 2 GHz, supporting direct sampling of wideband analog signals. The device includes a pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic, providing high linearity and low noise performance. It supports differential inputs for both analog signals and clock signals, ensuring high signal integrity. The ADC outputs are connected internally to four digital downconverters (DDCs), each with a 48-bit NCO and decimation filters.
