AD9653BCPZ-125 analog to digital converter
The AD9653BCPZ-125 is a high-performance, 16-bit, 125 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for precision analog signal processing applications. It features a quad-channel architecture with differential and single-ended input options, making it suitable for multi-channel data acquisition systems. The ADC operates on a single 1.8V supply and supports LVPECL/CMOS/LVDS-compatible clock inputs. It is optimized for low power consumption, with each channel consuming only 164mW at 125 MSPS.
The AD9653BCPZ-125 offers a wide input bandwidth of up to 650MHz and supports input voltage ranges from 2V p-p to 2.6V p-p. It provides excellent dynamic performance with a typical SNR of 76.5 dBFS at 70 MHz input and an SFDR of 90 dBc. The ADC also features low differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±0.7 LSB and integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±3.5 LSB. It includes built-in digital signal processing capabilities, such as digital test pattern generation and programmable output clock alignment. The device is available in a compact 48-lead LFCSP package, suitable for space-constrained applications.
