AD9361BBCZ-REEL is active wideband RF Agile Transceiver supplied in tape-and-reel 144-CSP-BGA surface-mount packaging for mass SMT manufacturing, fully RoHS compliant with industrial temperature grade spanning -40°C to +85°C, operating on multi-rail regulated supplies including 1.3 V analog core, 1.8 V LVDS interface and 3.3 V GPIO power rails, designed as a fully integrated 2×2 MIMO direct-conversion RF transceiver with dual receive and dual transmit channels, covering RX frequency range from 70 MHz to 6.0 GHz and TX range from 47 MHz to 6.0 GHz with programmable channel bandwidth adjustable from sub-200 kHz up to 56 MHz, embedding 12-bit high dynamic range ADCs and DACs, fractional-N LO synthesizers with 2.4 Hz minimum tuning step, and complete on-chip analog conditioning circuits to eliminate dozens of discrete RF front-end components and drastically reduce system BOM count for compact software-defined radio and cellular communication hardware.
