ADIN1300BCPZ-R7 is a robust, single-port, industrial-grade Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceiver from Analog Devices, engineered for time-critical automation and real-time networking applications. It supports 10BASE-Te, 100BASE-TX, and 1000BASE-T IEEE 802.3 standards with ultra-low latency (transmit <68 ns, receive <226 ns at 1 Gbps) and energy-efficient Ethernet (EEE) compliance (IEEE 802.3az), reducing power consumption to 330 mW at 1 Gbps and 140 mW at 100 Mbps.
The transceiver integrates a programmable RGMII interface with adjustable timing delay and drive current, enabling seamless connection to FPGAs and processors via MII, RMII, or RGMII MAC interfaces. Its triple-voltage supply (1.71–1.89V, 2.25–2.75V, 3.135–3.465V) ensures flexible system integration, while on-chip diagnostics include TDR cable testing, automatic polarity correction, and IEEE 1588 timestamp support for synchronized networks. Housed in a compact 40-lead LFCSP (6×6 mm) package with exposed pad, it operates reliably across -40°C to +105°C ambient temperatures and features enhanced ESD (±6 kV contact), EFT (±4 kV), and surge (±4 kV) immunity per IEC 61000-4 standards, making it ideal for harsh industrial environments.
