The ICM-42670-P is a high-performance 6-axis MEMS MotionTracking® IMU from TDK InvenSense, integrating a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer in a compact 2.5×3×0.76 mm 14-pin LGA package, optimized for ultra-low-power consumer and IoT applications requiring long battery life. Operating from a 1.71V to 3.6V supply, it delivers industry-leading low noise—0.007 dps/√Hz for gyro and 400 μg/√Hz for accelerometer—with high shock resilience up to 20,000g and excellent thermal stability, ensuring reliable motion sensing in harsh environments. It supports I3C, I²C, and SPI interfaces, a 2KB FIFO, and two programmable interrupts with wake-on-motion, minimizing system power consumption.
