STM32H563MIY3QTR Arm Cortex-M33 MCU with TrustZone STM32H5 Microcontroller 
The STM32H563MIY3QTR is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' STM32H5 series, built around the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone® technology, floating-point unit (FPU), and memory protection unit (MPU). Operating at up to 250 MHz, this device delivers 375 DMIPS and 1023 CoreMark® (4.092 CoreMark®/MHz) performance, leveraging ST's ART Accelerator™ with an 8-Kbyte instruction cache to achieve zero-wait-state execution from flash and external memories. The Cortex-M33 core also implements a full set of DSP instructions and supports single-precision floating-point data processing, making the device exceptionally well-suited for compute-intensive applications such as motor control, industrial automation, and advanced signal processing.
The mcu chip integrates substantial on-chip memory resources, featuring up to 2 Mbytes of embedded dual-bank flash memory with ECC supporting read-while-write operation, with up to 48 Kbytes per bank offering high-cycling capability of 100 K cycles for data flash applications. SRAM totals 640 Kbytes, comprising 64-Kbyte SRAM2 with ECC and 320-Kbyte SRAM3 with flexible ECC, complemented by 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM available in the lowest power modes. A 2-Kbyte OTP (one-time programmable) memory is also included. For external memory expansion, the device provides a flexible external memory controller (FMC) with up to 16-bit data bus supporting SRAM, PSRAM, SDRAM/LPSDR SDRAM, FRAM, and NOR/NAND memories, along with an Octo-SPI interface supporting serial PSRAM, NAND/NOR, and hyper RAM/flash frame formats, plus two SD/SDIO/MMC interfaces.
Analog features include two fast 12-bit ADCs with 16 channels, two DAC channels, and an internal voltage reference buffer. The device also incorporates a digital camera interface (DCMI), extensive timer resources including two 32-bit general-purpose timers, two 16-bit PWM timers dedicated to motor control, eight 16-bit general-purpose timers, two 16-bit basic timers, and six 16-bit low-power timers, plus a low-power RTC.
