The SKY13348-374LF is a high-performance pHEMT GaAs single-pole double-throw (SPDT) RF switch from Skyworks Solutions, designed for 50Ω impedance systems operating across 500MHz to 6GHz, ideal for WiMAX 802.16 and WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n applications requiring low loss, high isolation, and exceptional linearity. It delivers a typical insertion loss of 0.6dB at 2.5GHz (max 1.15dB), high isolation of 27dB at 2.5GHz, and a high P1dB of +37dBm, ensuring minimal signal attenuation, strong noise suppression, and reliable high-power signal handling. The switch features 50Ω terminated RF outputs, fast switching speed with 50ns maximum idle time and 100ns maximum operation time, and accepts 2.5V to 5V control voltages for easy integration with digital circuits.
Housed in a compact 6-pin MLPD (1.5×1.5mm) package with exposed pad, it offers a small footprint for space-constrained PCB designs, complies with RoHS and halogen-free standards, and supports surface-mount assembly with MSL1 moisture sensitivity level.
