NUC972DF63YC is a highly integrated 32-bit microprocessor built on ARM926EJ-S core by Nuvoton, packaged in 216-pin LQFP (24×24mm) tray format with RoHS3 compliance and MSL1 moisture level for stable industrial SMT assembly. This industrial-grade SoC runs at maximum 300MHz clock frequency, equipped with 16KB instruction cache and 16KB data cache, and pre-stacked 64MB DDR-II memory inside the package to cut PCB layout area and reduce EMI interference. It operates at 3.3V I/O voltage with wide industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, supporting multiple boot modes including SPI Flash, NAND Flash, eMMC and USB device, and unifies display, network, storage and security peripherals on a single chip for cost-effective embedded Linux platforms.
