This surface-mount ceramic capacitor is built on an advanced barium-titanate-based dielectric platform with a matte tin (Sn) terminal finish over a nickel (Ni) barrier, ensuring excellent solderability and compliance with RoHS requirements. 
Rated at 2.5 Vdc with a capacitance of 100 μF ±20% (measured at 25°C, 1 kHz, 0.5 Vrms), this MLCC exhibits the X6S temperature characteristic per EIA standard, guaranteeing stable operation across a wide -55°C to +105°C temperature range with a capacitance change rate of ±22% relative to the 25°C value. The Class II dielectric material enables high volumetric efficiency while maintaining adequate stability for general-purpose decoupling and filtering applications. The device features two surface-mount terminals with external terminal dimensions of 0.2 to 0.55 mm and a minimum distance between external terminals of 0.6 mm. Operating under DC bias conditions, the capacitor exhibits typical Class II MLCC behavior where effective capacitance decreases with applied voltage—a consideration essential for proper circuit design.
