The XC7K325T-2FFG900I is a high-performance field-programmable gate array (FPGA) product in the Kintex®-7 family from Xilinx Corporation. The FPGA has 500 input/output (I/O) interfaces and is packaged in a 900-BBGA (Ball Grid Array) package. It is designed based on 28 nanometer (nm) process technology with high-performance SelectIO technology that supports high-speed serial connections up to 6.6Gb /s and even 28.05Gb /s under certain conditions. The XC7K325T-2FFG900I has a 1.0V core voltage, and a 0.9V core voltage option is available for lower power consumption. In addition, the FPGA features powerful clock management capabilities and a variety of configuration options for complex digital circuit designs that require high performance and low power consumption, such as high-speed communications and data center applications, medical diagnostic equipment, industrial control systems and financial trading systems.
